1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent 
2. Candidate with at least 3 years of working experience in the construction or related industries are highly preferable. 
3. General interest in waterproofing specialization. 
4. Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees. 
5. Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.
