The incumbent coordinates, plans, and supervises all activities involved in production of goods, adherence to quality control, enforce all safety standards and ensure maximum production efficiencies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• To manage Supervisor/Leader’s daily activities to ensure production efficiencies.
• To manage operator’s hours to ensure minimal overtime.
• To train new operators in fundamentals of production as well as cross train the existing operators in all the section of production.
• To analyses and resolve work problems and assists the operators in solving the problem.

Production Processes

• To assign duties with job orders and brief the product specifications based on the formulations.
• To inspects finish products to verify conformance to specifications.
• To recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance and quality of product.
• To ensure that work area is always safety compliant and jointly responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health and other standard established.
• To compile and check the production performance records and data.
• To create production process according to production order and to confirm completion on time.
• Key user responsible to create and run production data in SAP.
• To ensure the safe use of equipment and monitor the regular maintenance.
• To ensure that the ISO procedures are followed and in place.
• To ensure the raw and general materials are sufficient for processes.

Production Planning

• To be involved in the planning of production schedule based on DI.
• To assign duties with job orders to meet production schedules.
• To set production targets and help them to achieve it.
• To follow-up closely with purchasing team on paperboard arrival minimum 3 days before DI date.
• To daily update the available stock and co-ordinate with warehouse to avoid delivery shortage.
