JOB SUMMARY
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Prepare HR related documents e.g. Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Performance Appraisal Forms, Leave Record and etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Providing support in employee relations, including addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Plan and execute training and development programs to upskill employees and meet organisational needs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values and objectives.
- Administer compensation structures, administer employee benefits programs, process staff claims, and handle payroll administration while addressing related employee inquiries.
- Stay informed about changes in Malaysian labor laws and ensure company policies and practices comply
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Possess minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
