Responsible for Admissions, nurturing and closing prospective leads, and on-boarding new students. Ensure that parents/customers have a good experience and have complete knowledge of admissions processes while enrolling their children.

• Attending to the admissions inquiries for school, following up with them weekly.
• Attending the walk-ins convincing and counselling the parents about various issues related to admissions
• Quick response to mails and web enquires directing them towards becoming a lead
• Follow-ups on lead by conducting meaningful tele-conversation so that it matures to an admission
• Close the lead into a successful contact through one-on-one counselling
• Impart correct information
• Counselling to ensure it is in best interest of the child and school
• Updating and maintaining the registrations and admission records.
• Finalizing the admissions with the Head of the school.
• Coordination with other departments- Accounts/ Marketing/Campus for hassle free admission process
• Generating daily reports with respect to the admission conversion ratio.
• Any other ad hoc responsibility assigned by the reporting manager related to the admissions of new students
