Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing full-set accounts for the company
  • Handle human resources administrative functions.
  • Responsible for the company administration work.
  • Manage the daily operations of the finance department including accounting.
  • Accounts receivable/ payable cash application, invoicing, payroll, EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS/ PCB.
  • Submissions and audits.
  • Coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax authorities, secretary and manage internal controls.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Autocount)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
