JOB REQUIREMENTS
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing full-set accounts for the company
- Handle human resources administrative functions.
- Responsible for the company administration work.
- Manage the daily operations of the finance department including accounting.
- Accounts receivable/ payable cash application, invoicing, payroll, EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS/ PCB.
- Submissions and audits.
- Coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax authorities, secretary and manage internal controls.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Autocount)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
